Service Description
Gabby is an experienced artist who incorporates drawing technique instruction with the opportunity to explore and play to help you find your own drawing style and approach. Covering topics like perspective, life drawing, shading, and colour, the opportunity to develop your skills will be combined with the space to explore and develop your own unique and authentic drawing style and approach. Appropriate for wherever you are in your drawing process; whether it’s your first time drawing, or if you have experience and want to develop your style, Gabby will meet you there. Gabby also incorporates mindfulness into her practice and classes, sharing how this can be beneficial to the creative process. You can book in for 1, 2, or 3 of the sessions. Session 1 - Session 2 - Session 3 - Materials Participants are required to provide their own materials so that you can explore using them in class, and then continue your drawing practice at home. Gabby's gentle and encouraging approach to creativity and drawing facilitates an engaging and enlivening approach to drawing. Some younger folk (12+) may find this class suitable but only if booked in with an accompanying adult. 10.30-12.30 session 1 12.30-1.15 lunch 1.15-3.15 session 1 Tea & coffee station provided. Lunch is not included. Please bring lunch or plan to purchase from the cafe across the road (there will not be time to travel elsewhere). You can pre-purchase lunch at the cafe prior to the day starting. Please bring outer clother appropriate for the weather as it is recommended that you go on a short walk or at least go outside during lunch for a change of scenary. She has completed a Bachelor of Fine Arts and Teaching. She works in various mediums including drawing, watercolour, potraits, murals, and figurative scupltures.
