Apply to exhibit in the Salon Space
If you are interested in applying to hire the Salon Gallery Space, please review the criteria and information provided and follow the steps to apply.
General Information
Anyone may apply to use the Salon Space, however, we favour local artist and groups.
See diagram for space sizes.
Time allowances are between 1-2 months, although there may occassionally be some exceptions.
Please make sure you have visited the space before applying.
A monthly tenuer in the Salon Space starts at approximately $300 ($250 for current gallery artists). The base rate includes advertising, additional costs may include events (size, catering & if outside of gallery hours), use of other spaces, unusual hanging requirements etc.
The following aspects are key considerations when selecting new gallery artists:
* Highlighting Victorian based artists, with a particular focus on those from the local area
* Showcasing well developed bodies of work
We are open to emerging to established artist applying.
