2026 Student Exhibition Application

Please fill out as much of the infomration as possible. The minimum information that must be completed now includes your name, contact details and the minimum payment ($25). The rest of the information can be finalised at a later date.

If you are filling it all out now, we suggest that you prepare by first writing your Art Bio and Artist Statment in a seperate document before completing this form so that it isn't accidentally lost (and so you have a copy)

If you don't yet know the title or sizes of your piece but know you want to submit something, please just fill out your details and what information you can, and you will be a form closer to the time to finalise the information.

A second piece may be included in this submission, but will only be hung in the exhibition if there is space. You can fill out the information (or at least note that you would like to submit two). You will be contacted prior to the exhibition to let you know if the second piece will included and to arrange the final payment (an extra $10) as required.

The application must come with the minimum submission fee of $25. Expressions of interest in having two pieces can be submitted here, however, we do not expect payment for the second piece to be made until it is confirmed if the second piece can be hung.

We will send you a follow up email for any inforrmation not completed. Information must be finalised before the artwork is hung.

We will send you a link once it is confirmed to finalise the second payment.
