Art & Alchemy Gallery offers fully mobile, dementia‑aware art classes designed specifically for aged care settings. We bring all materials, set up the creative space, and tailor each session to the cognitive, physical and sensory needs of your residents — including gentle, low‑pressure activities for clients living with dementia or requiring one‑to‑one assistance.

Our director Karly Edgar, completed the Cert IV in Leisure and Health, worked in leisure and health in aged care, and has also taught in the Cert IV in Leisure and Health at Holmesglen. She also has a PhD in Community Health after researching the Biography Program at Eastern Palliative Care Inc. She brings experience and insight to this work, designing programs to specifically suit the clients and facilitating sessions with care. If Karly is unable to personally deliver the sessions, she has trained a select number of artists who also have suitable qualifications to also deliver these classes.
