Sunday December 13th 1.30-4.30pm Teacher: Karly Michelle This creative, mixed media mini retreat, open to anyone - artist or not, is an opportunity to reflect on the year that has been or to prepare for the one to come, and possibly (hopefully), give you some creative and personal space to prepare for the busy-ness of the end of year season. You are invited to bring any times with you that may be inspiration (photos or memories of significant things that have occurred this year). These can be items simply to inspire you, but may also be paper items that could potentially be included into the artist book. Karly will lead you through some techniques for creating small artists books, you will be given some materials and then be supported through creating your own mini reflective book. This is for anyone, beginner or experienced, as the techniques can adapt to your skill level. The main requirement is that participants be willing to play and experiment with the materials.
